We never had such a  season in history that the club lazaret would be empty just for one day from the first month of the season start. Coty Clarke and Quino Colom are back to the team but Vadim Panin and Kostas Kaimakoglou are injured now, Kostas has broken the finger and will be out for one or two months.

The club substituted Orlando Johnson very fast with Serbian guard Danilo Andjusic. That will be his debut today.

Pablo Laso also declared at the official website that Rudi Fernandez and Tray Tompkins would miss the game with UNICS due to the injuries.

Let`s not compare the possibilities of the Royal club with the Kazan club. Especially that they came in the status of the leaders of Euroleague. The home team started quite well. At 6.44 till the end of the first quarter the score was  12:4. Ayon went on scoring 14:12 managing to score 10 points within 7 minutes.

Andjusic substituted Clarke at the second minute of the second quarter. And scored at first touch. 25:21, but the Spanish team successfully broke the defense of the home team 31:36. Now it was Real who made the whip 11-0. UNICS takes time-out and scores the basket after.

In the third quarter the game was tie. Clark, Colom, Langford and the score became 55:53!

The last 10 minutes started very nervously. But we let Othello Hunter to tap 70:79at 2.42 till the end. And no fast breaks just slow positional offense. 75:81 1 minute before the end. Rebounds 23:36….

UNICS (Kazan, Russia)- Real (Madrid, Spain)- 77:81 (18:17, 18:26, 23:14.18:24)
